General terms and conditions:
1.	The promotions apply to customers holding any Eligible Credit Cards which are defined to mean any Hong Kong Dollar personal primary, combined additional and separate additional credit cards (including co-branded cards) and Business Cards issued by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited ("HSBC"). Usage of corporate, purchasing, US dollar, Renminbi and private label cards does not qualify for the promotions.
2.	The offers are applicable to JCB gold cardholders only at outlets accepting the JCB gold card for payment.
3.	The offers are only valid for dine-in at specific merchant outlets (please check with respective merchants for details).
4.	HSBC credit card must be presented before ordering/purchasing and used to settle the full payment to enjoy the offers.
5.	The offers cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or discounts. The offers are not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotional offers, year round offers, discount items/programmes, coupons, cash coupons, cake vouchers, VIP cards, VIP bonus point programmes, membership benefits and Octopus Rewards Programme (unless specified).
6.	The offers are not applicable to bookings for banquets, wedding, meetings/conferences, VIP rooms and private rooms (unless specified).
7.	The offers may not be available during public holidays and eves, festive days and eves, and other dates specified by the respective merchants (please check with respective merchants for details).
8.	Only one offer can be used per table per visit and offers cannot be used together (unless specified).
9.	All prices are subject to a 10% service charge plus a charge for tea and condiments (based on original price) (unless specified).
10.	The offers are applicable to selected dishes and products only.
11.	Advanced booking may be required for specific merchants.
12.	All photos are for reference only.
13.	The offers are subject to the terms and conditions of respective merchants and HSBC.
14.	HSBC accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by respective merchants.
15.	The offers are subject to availability or change without prior notice. HSBC accepts no liability on the change of offers and will not notify cardholders separately.
16.	In case of dispute, the decision of respective merchants and HSBC shall be final.
17.	If this English version of offers, terms and conditions does not conform to the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
