Strategy and Regional Development

Our Strategy & Regional Development team acts as the "think tank" of our business. They drive, develop and implement regional corporate development and strategic corporate planning. A large part of the work involves closely working with other functions such as capital management, crafting key communication and exploring new corporate opportunities. A key link between the Bank and the insurance operation, the team works towards a more Joined up business, and ensures the two are in sync with each other.
