Communications department serves to identify and propose Insurance communication strategies by engaging in effective and efficient communication with various internal and external stakeholders including The HSBC Group, The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited and other HSBC Group members as well as government bodies, regulatory and industry institutions, the press / media and the general public.

By leveraging a comprehensive corporate communication plan, our talented communication people are committed to enhancing the visibility of HSBC Insurance and support Personal Insurance, Corporate Insurance, Retirement Benefits, Insurance Brokers and regional offices to sustain and foster relationships with our valuable customers. Our mission is to align and undertake insurance brand values into different business activities and events to sustain Insurance's aggressive expansion plan in the Asia-Pacific region.
