Internship Programme

Internship Programme offers students a valuable opportunity to experience the business environment and the culture of a leading insurer by engaging in meaningful and developmental work assignments while pursuing their studies.

Programme Details

	Usually work full-time for 3 - 4 months during summer
	Opportunities also available to work part-time throughout the school year
	Postings available in offices throughout the Asia-Pacific region
	Interns will be assigned to relevant business or function areas, as determined by skills and competencies matching
	Performance will be evaluated by respective Line Managers and HR mentors at the end of internship

Requirements

	Currently in the penultimate year of studies preferably majoring in Business- or Insurance-related studies
	Excellent academic performance with minimum requirement of G.P.A. 3.3
	Strong interest in developing an insurance career
	Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
	Possess a learning attitude
	Able to adapt to and work in a multi-cultural environment
