Management Associate Programme


Management Associate (MA) Programme aims to develop a pool of talented junior managers to become the insurance leaders of tomorrow who will contribute to the strategic development of insurance business in the Asia-Pacific region.


Programme Details
18-month duration with both local and oversea postings depending on business needs and career preference
A fast-track career progression to mid-management positions
A series of accelerated and structured development programmes to gain the in-depth knowledge of management and international experience
Project-based attachments in areas such as sales and distribution, service management, investment, business process improvement, business development, business implementation plan, branch management, product development, risk management, brokerage, compliance, etc
Intensive technical and management trainings to equip them with comprehensive insurance know-how and management competencies
Ongoing one-on-one mentoring with senior executive to share experience and provide career guidance & advice
Typical Career Map for Management Associates
Requirements
University graduate preferably insurance professional qualification
3 - 5 years of relevant working experience preferably in insurance industry
Demonstrated insurance expertise in a specific area
No geographical restriction and willing to relocate within the Asia-Pacific region
Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, Putonghua and an additional Asian language or dialect will be a definite advantage
Strong desire and aspiration to become insurance business leader
Eager to take new challenges
Proven project management, problem-solving and decision-making skills
